Retraction & Correction Policies

IJCQSIM recognizes that the scholarly record must be maintained with absolute accuracy. We follow the COPE guidelines for publishing corrections (Errata/Corrigenda) and retractions.

Honest errors that do not affect the scientific validity of the research will be addressed through a formal Correction notice. This includes errata (errors introduced by the publisher) and corrigenda (errors introduced by authors). A hyperlink will link the original article and the correction notice.

Retractions are considered in cases of clear scientific misconduct, unreliable findings due to honest error, plagiarism, or unethical research. Retracted articles will remain accessible in PDF format but will be clearly watermarked as "RETRACTED" to preserve the history of the record.

To ensure the reproducibility of global scientific findings, IJCQSIM enforces transparent data governance and clear boundaries for artificial intelligence.

Generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT) cannot be listed as authors, as they cannot take responsibility for the integrity of the research. If AI is used in draft preparation, literature searches, or translation, the authors must disclose the specific tools and usage details in the Acknowledgement section.

Authors are highly encouraged to deposit their raw research data, code, and supplementary materials in trusted public repositories (e.g. Zenodo, Figshare, GitHub) and provide a Data Availability Statement at the end of their manuscript.

For Authors

Authors must disclose all financial and personal relationships that might bias their work. This includes employment, consultancies, or stock ownership held within 36 months of submission.

For Reviewers

Reviewers are required to decline invitations when a conflict of interest exists, whether personal, financial, intellectual, professional, political, or religious in nature.
