Welcome to the International Journal of Cyber-Quantum Systems and Intelligent Machines. These terms govern your access to our academic ecosystem and legal responsibilities as an author, reviewer, or reader.

By accessing or using the IJCQSIM platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Authors retain copyright to their original research and manuscripts submitted to IJCQSIM. However, by submitting a manuscript, authors grant the platform a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to publish, distribute, and archive the work for academic purposes.

Limitation of Liability

The journal platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Editorial Board shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the publication of research or use of digital tools.
