Author Submission Guidelines & Standards
IJCQSIM welcomes original research, technical reviews, and perspective papers. Please ensure your manuscript strictly adheres to the following editorial standards prior to submission.

General Information
Manuscripts must be original, unpublished work not currently under review elsewhere. All authors must have made a substantial contribution to the work. The journal accepts original research articles, review articles, and short communications.
Manuscript Preparation
Manuscripts must be prepared in Microsoft Word or LaTeX format (IEEE template preferred). Maximum length: 8,000 words excluding references.

Single PDF
Upload your manuscript as a single PDF file (max 10 MB).
Embedded Figures
Figures should be embedded in the document. High-resolution (300 DPI min).
Supplementary
Supplementary data can be submitted as separate files.
References
Use IEEE citation style. References should be numbered in square brackets [1], [2]. All references must be cited in the text. Include DOI links where available. Minimum 15 references for full-length papers.
Ethical Guidelines
All research involving human subjects must have received ethical approval from the relevant institutional review board (IRB) or ethics committee.
Authors must declare all conflicts of interest at submission.
Data fabrication, falsification, and plagiarism are grounds for immediate rejection and may be reported to relevant institutions.
All submissions are screened using industry-standard similarity-detection software. Similarity reports are reviewed on a case-by-case basis; a similarity percentage alone does not determine acceptance or rejection.
Use of generative AI tools in writing or research must be fully disclosed in the AI Use Declaration section of the manuscript. AI systems may not be listed as a co-author.

All submissions must include the following declaration sections as part of the manuscript. These may appear after the Conclusion section and before the References.
Author Contributions
Use CRediT taxonomy to attribute each author's contribution (e.g., Conceptualization, Methodology, Writing).
ORCID
Corresponding author must provide their ORCID ID. All other authors are strongly encouraged to provide theirs.
Funding Statement
Disclose all funding sources. If no funding was received, state: 'This research received no external funding.'
Conflict of Interest
Declare any financial or personal relationships that could influence the work. If none, state: 'The authors declare no conflict of interest.'
Data Availability
State where data supporting the results can be found or explain restrictions on access.
AI Use Declaration
If AI tools were used in writing, data analysis, or figure generation, describe the tools and how they were used.
Ethical Approval
If applicable, state the approving ethics committee name and approval reference number.
Acknowledgements
Acknowledge individuals who contributed to the work but do not meet authorship criteria.
Peer Review Process
All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers.
Decision Timeline
Authors should expect an initial editorial decision normally within 4–8 weeks of submission, subject to reviewer availability.
Revision Window
Revisions must be submitted within 4 weeks. Final proofs are sent to the corresponding author before publication.
Article Processing Charge (APC)
Post-Acceptance APC
APC covers editorial processing, typesetting, and permanent hosting. Waivers available for authors from developing countries on request.
